I design, develop, and maintain learning products in Leapsome for onboarding, leadership development, and career development. I create self-paced modules, instructor-led sessions, interactive workshops, scenario-based practice, job aids, infographics, and assessments aligned to operational goals.

I use post-training evaluation and learner performance data to improve learning experiences, while providing coaching, feedback, progress reporting, and LMS administration. I also train teams across multiple regions, including international groups, to support consistent workflows and quality standards.

My background in QA, claims, accounts receivable, billing, and provider support helps me turn healthcare revenue cycle processes into accessible training. I’ve worked with Artiva, EPIC, and Meditech, Tableua, maintained QA scores between 98–100%, and partnered with operations leaders on performance trends and targeted interventions.
