I'm looking to help leaders clarify complex operational, technology, and organizational challenges, align people and processes, and make confident decisions before committing to change.

When a project or transformation is already underway but losing direction, I help leadership understand what is happening, stabilize the work, and create a practical recovery path.

I am an operations and transformation leader with 25+ years of experience helping organizations navigate complex business, operational, and technology change across the U.S. and Europe. My career has spanned healthcare, construction, government, manufacturing, telecommunications, financial services, retail, and professional services, giving me a broad perspective on how organizations operate, where transformation efforts break down, and what is needed to move from strategy to sustainable execution.

My experience includes enterprise transformation, operational improvement, program and portfolio leadership, governance, organizational readiness, business process redesign, project recovery, ERP/HCM Implementations, executive advisory, and cross-functional leadership. I have worked with platforms including Oracle Fusion, Oracle EPM, SAP, Workday, StrataJazz, Adaptive Planning, Salesforce, and other enterprise systems, but my focus has always been on the business and operational outcomes rather than technology alone.

Throughout my career, I have led teams, established governance and PMO structures, improved business processes, supported mergers and enterprise standardization, facilitated executive decision-making, managed implementation partners, and helped organizations prepare people and operations for significant change. My leadership experience includes managing a 35-person logistics organization, serving as a business lead for SAP transformation, supporting public-sector modernization, leading healthcare and enterprise technology initiatives, and managing a large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM transformation in a complex multi-company environment.

I am particularly interested in senior roles in enterprise transformation, operational excellence, transformation consulting, program leadership, client engagement, and business operations. I am at my best in environments where there is complexity, ambiguity, or a transformation that needs structure, clarity, stronger governance, or recovery.

I enjoy working directly with executives and cross-functional teams to understand what is happening today, identify what needs to change, and build a practical path forward. I bring a combination of strategic thinking, hands-on operational experience, technology fluency, and an ability to translate complicated issues into clear decisions and executable plans.
