At Vestas, I governed the end-to-end Offshore Readiness program, establishing the operating model, managing executive stakeholders, and strengthening risk mitigation for a hypergrowth market segment. At Atos Klinik, I delivered cost and procurement analysis, process-optimization workshops, and an integrated patient, cost, and procurement reporting tool.
