What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead multi-country transformation programmes, operating-model change, and system implementations where I can build governance, align stakeholders, and deliver measurable operational improvements.

At FlexCar, I lead company-wide transformation across Greece, Cyprus, Italy, and Mexico, redesigning processes and implementing scalable operating models.

I've governed JD Edwards Oracle ERP and HubSpot CRM programmes across four markets, onboarding 400+ users on time and within budget. I lead a team of four Product Owners and Analysts and set governance and delivery standards for cross-functional initiatives.

I use KPIs and Power BI dashboards to turn operational data into improvements, contributing to a 40% reduction in vehicle delivery time, 50% faster repair turnaround, and a 30% decrease in excess parts ordering.

Earlier, I owned operational product roadmaps and internal-platform delivery at FlexCar, and at BedorExcem I delivered Lean and Six Sigma process-improvement work for Viohalco Group entities.
