I design educational programs and learning resources for corporate, educational, nonprofit, and government organizations, writing and adapting content in English and Spanish. I’ve authored four published books focused on leadership, communication, reflective writing, emotional intelligence, and personal development.
At Crimson Education, I mentor international students developing university-level Capstone Projects, reviewing their writing and providing structured feedback. I also deliver bilingual leadership learning programs at Johnson & Johnson and facilitated leadership and experiential learning programs with Impact International and Faurecia.
For more than ten years, I’ve taught Spanish to learners from diverse backgrounds, and I’ve provided English–Spanish telephone interpretation. My work includes translating educational resources, developing customized instructional materials, and delivering workshops and professional development programs.
