What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead bilingual education or learning and development initiatives where I can modernize curricula, develop educators, integrate Generative AI, and align learning outcomes with institutional or business goals.

I lead bilingual learning programs and institutional initiatives, most recently as English Director at Instituto Simón Bolívar Popocatépetl.

I strengthened bilingual-program implementation and led digital transformation through Gemini and ChatGPT-supported, inquiry-based curriculum design. I also managed a Cambridge certification pipeline for more than 162 students, accelerating 38% of the secondary cohort to B2 First.

My work spans IB PYP, project-based learning, competency-based adult language programs, and professional development for educators. At Colegio Ciudad de México Contadero and Escuela Normal de México, I designed transdisciplinary learning experiences, trained future educators, coached instructors, and supported curriculum innovation.

As Academic Principal and Co-founder of Inglesco DF, I redesigned adult language programs around practical communication and workplace applications. I bring Cognitive Coaching, Visible Thinking, neuroeducation, assessment, Training Needs Analysis, and Cambridge-aligned teacher development to build learning ecosystems that improve performance.
