I'm looking to lead enterprise delivery, professional services, or engineering organizations where I can align technical strategy, operational scale, AI-enabled workflows, and customer outcomes.

I lead RingCentral's enterprise CCaaS delivery organization, directing 16 senior consultants and contact center engineers through multi-million-dollar implementations across North America.
