At British American Tobacco Shared Services Europe, I lead Employee Administration teams supporting employees across more than 20 countries, delivering services against SLAs and KPIs while improving processes and automation.

I've managed regional objectives for a global HR Transformation project and established the Processing Accuracy department across three global HR Shared Services Hubs. I also help optimize activities by reducing redundant tasks, processing time, manual effort, and data duplication.

Previously at Provident Financial Romania, I built HR business partner structures, led recruitment, performance, succession, engagement, and turnover initiatives, and supported organizational redesign. My work reduced employee and agent turnover by over 12 percentage points in 12 months and increased Gallup engagement scores from 4.16 to 4.28 year over year.
