What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an HR leadership role where I can strengthen recruitment, employee development, labor-law compliance, and a positive organizational culture across diverse teams.

At S.C. VARROC ROMANIA S.A., I lead Human Resources for Romanian entities in Târgu Mureș and Timișoara, and support plants in Cambiano, Italy and Hanoi, Vietnam. I coordinate the employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through compensation, development, succession planning, and regulatory compliance.

I've built HR policies, orientation, training, incentive, teambuilding, and employee-recognition programs across Varroc, Fomco Business Management, and CIE Matricon. I also manage HRIS and payroll administration, headcount reporting, employment records, audits, employee relations, and collective labor contract negotiations.

I'm passionate about labor legislation, social projects, and events that strengthen organizational culture, wellbeing, and employee satisfaction.
