What I'm looking for
I’m a Senior HR Business Partner with 15 years of experience partnering with executives and leadership teams to build, scale, and transform high-performing organizations across EMEIA and the US. I align people strategy with business goals in fast-paced Tech/SaaS and high-growth environments, bringing a trusted, hands-on, data-driven approach to organizational effectiveness, employee experience, engagement, retention, and sustainable growth.
In my current role, I lead end-to-end recruitment processes while partnering with leadership to improve global hiring strategies. I design programs spanning onboarding, employee engagement, and retention, strengthen offboarding experiences, and leverage HR technology to analyze people data through dashboards that support decision-making. I also partner with senior leaders across product, engineering, and GTM to design and implement people strategies, support restructuring and scaling initiatives, and drive AI adoption to make the People Team more efficient and effective.
Previously, as an HR Manager, I delivered HR programs like reward reviews and engagement surveys, built performance management and growth frameworks, and translated complex executive challenges into practical people solutions. I also created retention strategies, designed core HR workstreams, supported benefits administration, and ensured legal compliance in line with EU legislation in collaboration with the EOR service provider for global workforce compliance and immigration sponsorship obligations. Earlier in my career, I led recruiting and onboarding, owned employer branding and internal communication, and produced HR analysis and reporting to enable data-driven decisions.
