I’m looking for something that challenges me and keeps me busy—where I can use consultative inbound sales, drive customer satisfaction, and stay ahead of new technologies while building real relationships.

At Altice USA, I deliver extensive inbound sales and customer service by responding to customer requests, navigating databases and applications to capture and maintain accurate records, and staying current on emerging communications and entertainment technologies. I also beta test new and upcoming products and provide feedback to the development team.

Previously, as an Inbound Sales Specialist at Verizon Wireless, I worked to meet and exceed quota/revenue targets for net activations, renewals, accessories, handsets, and enhanced services. I evaluated rate packages, proposed solutions, supported retention by managing churn, and identified upsell opportunities through contract renewals and customer outreach.

Earlier in my career, I led rental operations at Camping World and Good Sam, focusing on world-class customer service and reservation bookings. I cross-sold add-ons, researched rental rates and locations, processed rentals and returns, answered customer questions and complaints, and helped customers understand how to operate motorhomes.
