I’m a Senior Account Manager and Premier National Account Manager with 5+ years of experience owning enterprise customers end-to-end—implementation coordination, customer success, vendor management, and account lifecycle ownership in regulated telecommunications environments. I’ve managed a $24M book of business supporting Fortune 500 and government accounts, leading complex rollouts while aligning service delivery, contracts, and SLA performance to business objectives.
