I partner with recruiters, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, Payroll, Finance, HRIS, and Operations to improve the hiring and onboarding lifecycle. I administer background investigations, drug screens, physicals, employment documentation, and regulatory requirements while using workforce reports to support planning and leadership decisions.
