At Mass General Brigham Gastroenterology, I coordinate complex surgical scheduling and serve as a primary point of contact for patients. I manage high-volume communication, records, referrals, authorizations, and documentation while keeping patient care workflows moving.

For 14 years at Belchertown Public Schools, I built lasting relationships with more than 150 students and families annually as Band & Chorus Director. Through targeted outreach, personalized support, and consistent communication, I increased band participation by 50% and doubled chorus participation in one year.

I’ve coordinated schedules and led large-scale events, managed budgets and vendor relationships, and maintained detailed operational records. I bring a customer-focused approach to resolving problems across stakeholders and competing priorities.
