At East Noble Middle School, I grew beginning band enrollment by 147.5% through data-informed recruitment and stakeholder engagement. I also worked with district administration to secure funding for new instruments.
At Whitley County Consolidated Schools, I secured a $30,000 grant and grew high school ensemble enrollment by more than 50%. My K-12 experience gives me a practical view of what helps teachers and administrators adopt and stick with a platform.
