In my most recent role as a Health Concierge (Aetna, a CVS Health Company), I supported clients through responsive service and reliable follow-through. Previously, I worked as a Banking Specialist with Teleperformance-USAA and as a Technical Support Specialist with Asurion—strengthening my ability to troubleshoot, communicate clearly, and resolve issues efficiently.

My background also includes strong people-and-process leadership: I managed nine different locations (four as General Manager), recruited and developed a team of 100 to open a new restaurant, and coordinated construction, maintenance, training, and procedure implementation. I earned 92% to 96% on food safety audit scores for gold ratings, supported by ServeSafe certification.
