At Rain for Rent, I've grown territory revenue by more than 150%, from approximately $3.5M in annual sales to a projected $9M run rate. I also built a specialized Data Center business segment generating $3.15M in 2025 and projected to exceed $4.5M in 2026.
I lead business development with hyperscale data centers, mechanical contractors, commissioning firms, and general contractors across the Mid-Atlantic. I deliver engineered pumping, filtration, temporary cooling, dewatering, and mechanical flushing solutions for mission-critical infrastructure projects.
From specifications and proposals through contract negotiation, execution, and closeout, I manage complex project opportunities end to end. I'm also an SME for instrumentation and automation, support municipal government bids, outage planning, and emergency work in paper mills and power generation.
Previously, I supported stormwater project analysis at Advanced Drainage Systems, commercial landscape construction at Ruppert Nurseries, and equipment rental operations at United Rentals. My work has earned three Presidential Diamond Club awards at Rain for Rent.
