I have developed a structured curriculum outlining learning objectives, modules, and lessons. Additionally, I have created interactive tutorials, videos, and presentations to enhance the learning experience. I am proficient in conducting virtual instructor-led training sessions and providing self-paced learning options for users. I conducted stakeholder analysis and optimized driver-partner incentives, promotions, and rewards programs to maximize driver satisfaction and loyalty. I also monitored supply-demand dynamics and implemented strategies to optimize driver allocation and service coverage.
