Previously, I led Salesforce administration across 50+ orgs supporting 3,000+ users, improving platform throughput by 30% through scalable data models and Flow-based automation. I established release, security, sandbox, and configuration governance while resolving complex multi-org platform integrity issues.

I lead five Salesforce administrators and implementation specialists, guide contracted Apex and LWC developers, and use AI-assisted solution design to strengthen requirements, documentation, and support analytics. My foundation in the U.S. Navy taught me to maintain mission-critical systems with discipline, reliability, and accountability.
