I am a bilingual customer service professional with 12 years of experience across federal aid, healthcare advocacy, retail, and education. I focus on clear communication and delivering exceptional support to English- and Spanish-speaking clients.

In my current role with Federal Student Aid I help create and troubleshoot FSA ID accounts, support PSLF and loan forgiveness inquiries, and guide borrowers through college financial aid processes. Previously, I worked as a bilingual health care advocate and in frontline retail and telecom customer service roles.

I bring strong organizational, negotiation, and technical support abilities, with hands-on experience in Salesforce, desktop and mobile device troubleshooting, and various operating systems. I also have classroom and childcare experience from substitute teaching and early childhood education studies.
