I am a bilingual customer service and education professional with experience in classroom support and remote client relations. I combine strong interpersonal skills with adaptability to support students, parents and customers effectively.

As an assistant teacher at Atlantis Montessori Academy, I provided classroom and individual support, behavior management, instructional assistance, parent communication, and administrative collaboration. I helped maintain a productive learning environment and supported multilingual needs.

In customer service, I handle inbound and outbound calls, perform technological and administrative duties, and collaborate with teams to resolve issues. I focus on clear communication and efficient problem-solving to ensure customer satisfaction.

I hold a high school diploma (Magna Cum Laude) and have pursued a bachelor’s degree in psychology, which strengthens my understanding of communication and human behavior.
