At EPICOR BUSINESS SOLUTIONS, I served as Product Manager, Associate, supporting timely and accurate configuration and price updates between Product Management and Pricing. I also managed OneTrust assessments and supported written contracts and agreements to promote standardization and operational compliance.
As a Corporate Sales Operations, Analyst, I led data preparation for the SFDC CPQ implementation and maintained pricing and product data in Apttus CPQ. I also provided quarter-end SFDC reports to the Financial Executive team and gathered requirements for quoting tools.
Earlier at EPICOR BUSINESS SOLUTIONS, I managed marketing data compliance and supported system migrations, including the transition from Activant to Epicor and Clientele to SFDC. I’ve worked across data governance, process improvement, and documented policies to support financial accuracy and transaction traceability.
