At 3 Pillar Global, I managed products in complex, multi-stakeholder ecosystems. I maintained product backlogs, developed mockups for user stories, and defined and communicated roadmaps to stakeholders.

I also held a dual Business Analyst/Product Owner role, promoted Scrum best practices, facilitated ceremonies, and delivered Agile training across teams. In my later Project Manager work, I served healthcare and banking projects and tracked and presented monthly metrics to upper management.
