At The Center for Executive Coaching by Careerminds, I lead product, learning, and customer operations across digital learning, credentialing, faculty operations, and member experience. I improved operational efficiency by 37% and oversee 30+ digital learning products and 50+ active programs.
I led the redesign, migration, and launch of a Salesforce Experience Cloud member site for 6,000+ members. I also drive AI enablement through CoachPilot for 500+ coaches and AI-assisted workflow integration with Yoodli.
