What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote or hybrid role where I can provide trusted executive, administrative, property, or operations support, coordinate stakeholders and deadlines, and improve digital workflows with independence and discretion.

I provide executive and administrative support for private clients, coordinating property, legal, documentation, and project responsibilities across Kenya and the United States.

I've supported a multi-property portfolio through records management, staff leave rotas, reporting, and BomaHut administration, including tenant records, invoicing, payment tracking, bank uploads, reconciliation, and centralized digital workflows. I also track time-sensitive legal proceedings, organize decision-support materials, and follow through on stakeholder communications, deadlines, and action items.

Through independent virtual assistant projects, I handle research, data entry, proofreading, document preparation, email and calendar tasks, SOP drafts, and CRM administration. I'm a Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator who brings discretion, clear written communication, and ownership to remote work.
