What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a client-facing role where I can own relationships end-to-end—discovery, onboarding, proposals, and ongoing success—while partnering with stakeholders to improve satisfaction and support business growth.

I advise SME clients through HR and business consulting at Hatch Talent Solutions in Harare, where I run client discovery, prepare proposals, and drive lead generation to grow the portfolio by supporting commercial and HR solutions.

Before that, I managed supplier onboarding and success at CBRE Business Services in Warsaw—partnering with procurement to resolve operational issues, producing performance reports in Salesforce and Excel, and handling escalations through cross-functional collaboration.

Earlier, at Elavon (a subsidiary of U.S. Bancorp) in Warsaw, I supported North American and UK customers across payment processing, resolving complex payment and account issues, authorizing payments, and cross-selling financial products to increase adoption.

I also built business relationships through development work with the Zimbabwe Association for Women in Business in Harare, including market research, entrepreneur onboarding for registration and compliance, and helping onboard 100+ women entrepreneurs with business documentation and regulatory support.
