I’m looking to lead people strategy end-to-end—talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee experience—partnering with executives to design effective hiring and development solutions that strengthen performance, productivity, and retention.

I’m a People and Talent Leader with 12+ years of experience driving talent acquisition, workforce planning, leadership development, and employee engagement across East Africa and globally through EOR. I lead the strategic delivery of Talent Acquisition, Employer of Record (EOR), Outsourcing, HR Advisory, and Workforce Solutions, partnering closely with business leaders to build people strategies that improve performance, productivity, and retention.

I strengthen organizations by aligning talent, culture, and business objectives—overseeing executive search for senior leadership, using workforce and business performance data to guide decisions, and advising on organizational design, employee engagement, and talent management.
