What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a client service, administrative, or project coordination role where I can support customers, manage workflows and schedules, solve problems, and collaborate across teams to deliver accurate, timely results.

I've supported clients and coordinated workflows at Cleveland Menu Printing, where I onboarded new customers and delivered webinar and one-on-one training for proprietary online ordering tools.

I resolve account and technical questions with urgency, maintain accurate client records and project documentation, and coordinate with Sales, Design, Production, and QA teams to keep projects accurate and on schedule.

Through CinStudio, I manage commissioned art projects from client communication, scheduling, and invoicing through event logistics. I also plan and lead paint events for groups of up to 25 participants while balancing multiple deadlines and customer needs.

My background also includes sales support at Lifetouch, customer service at Myriad Genetics and Mason Community Center, educational support, and graphic design production for Ohio River Valley Water Sanitation Commission.
