What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my client services, customer success, and user-centered design experience to improve customer experiences, streamline support processes, and collaborate across sales and operations.

I've built long-term customer relationships and resolved high-volume service needs across client services, sales support, and operations for organizations including Heidolph Solutions, SMG3, JPMorgan Chase, and Randstad Staffing.

At Heidolph Solutions, I supported customers and outside sales for seven years, preparing quotations, managing SAP order records, reducing order errors, and onboarding new team members. At SMG3, I coordinated fulfillment across departments to deliver accurate, on-time orders and resolve service issues.

My Studio Art background and ongoing Figma and UX Design training help me bring a user-centered perspective to customer support, translating customer needs into stronger processes and experiences.
