What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a People & Talent Operations role where I can own onboarding/offboarding end-to-end, ensure HRIS and documentation accuracy, and support performance and DEI initiatives with calm, confidential execution.

I’m a People & Talent Operations professional who thrives on coordinating complex employee and partner transitions with accuracy, discretion, and a smooth candidate/stakeholder experience. I manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, partner talent changes, and the documentation that keeps HR processes running reliably.

In my current role as Coordinator, Partner Resources, I process sensitive partner changes—transfers, leaves, arrivals—and draft employment and income verification letters. I also support partner promotions and selection by coordinating interviews, compiling candidate materials, preparing documentation for leadership, and recording meeting minutes.

Previously, as an Executive HR Assistant, I directed onboarding and offboarding for interns, temporary staff, and contracts, including I-9 verification and immigration compliance. I partnered across teams to handle system access and documentation, and I supported year-end evaluations using HR platforms such as SuccessFactors, PeopleCentral, Monday.com, and Rippling.

Earlier in my career, I bridged Human Resources and Legal in a start-up FinTech by owning onboarding/offboarding and spearheading HR policy implementations. I also supported attorney onboarding and created process improvements through reporting, BI dashboards, and an internal Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiative with mentoring pods—work that reinforced my focus on organized execution, measurable clarity, and inclusive talent experiences.
