What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead people operations, HR systems, and employee lifecycle programs while partnering with leaders on scalable, compliant processes and meaningful employee experiences.

At Advanced Group, I lead People & Culture operations and serve as the primary People & Culture Business Partner for the Catena Solutions team, supporting internal employees and external contractors across the employee lifecycle.

I've managed the phased integration of 80 acquired employees, built and launched an automated review process for India-based employees, and led end-to-end development of a company intranet under accelerated timelines.

Previously, I led HR systems and operational initiatives including an Applicant Tracking System implementation, a background-screening vendor transition, Form I-9 audit improvements, and regional onboarding processes across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.

My experience also includes full-cycle recruiting, benefits and payroll support, workforce reductions, leave and ADA accommodations, performance management, and manager coaching. I bring strong business acumen, cross-functional collaboration, and a background in professional improvisation to the work.
