At GeekAid IT Support, I provide remote technical support to approximately 21–50 users and clients. I troubleshoot computer and operating-system issues, install Windows and drivers, and repair or upgrade hardware.
I resolved a client’s internet-connectivity problem by identifying improperly installed drivers, reinstalling them, and restarting the system; the connection worked afterward. I also troubleshoot Wi-Fi, routers, and Ethernet/LAN connections, and provide remote assistance using AnyDesk.
With Zendesk, I create and update support tickets, track resolutions, and document troubleshooting. I’ve also investigated suspicious email and worked on website development and maintenance, including a website project for Seahorse Lubricant Industries.
