What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own high-volume customer issue triage and quality, lead improvements to workflows, and use my growing IT background for technical troubleshooting and data-driven decision making—while working with a collaborative team.

I’m a detail-oriented customer support specialist with 15+ years of experience in high-volume environments, focused on issue triage, quality assurance, and cross-functional collaboration. At GetInsured (Remote), I lead of an insurance broker ticketing team, delegate responsibilities, and prioritize customer interactions by researching policy and regulations. I also handle large call volume while maintaining a high Quality of Service rating and staying empathetic and compassionate toward clients.

Earlier in my career at FCA Stellantis, I built a strong operational foundation through roles in Material Control, Production Worker, and Assembly Line Work while serving as a Level 4 Trainer in World Class Manufacturing. I’ve ensured quality checks on parts, inspected damaged materials, coordinated corrective actions to prevent defects, and supported organizational audits and training. I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology to strengthen technical troubleshooting and data-driven decision making, backed by CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Security+ certifications.
