I’m looking for a role where I can lead cross-functional technical programs, drive AI-enabled workflow automation, and turn C-suite priorities into measurable operational and financial outcomes—especially in enterprise SaaS with strong governance and data foundations.

I’m a strategic technical program manager with 20 years leading cross-functional programs across SaaS, FinTech, and enterprise software. At TouchBistro, I delivered $4M+ in annual ARR uplift through pricing strategy and built the BI & Analytics function from the ground up using Snowflake, Tableau, and Python.

I translate C-suite priorities into executable, data-driven programs across globally distributed, matrixed teams—often without direct authority. Today, I advise SMEs through a PMO practice focused on workflow automation and scalable AI adoption, including hands-on work with Claude Code to build production-grade automation workflows and governance for measurable operational and financial results.
