At FIS, I led Operation Joined Arrows, a $51.2M enterprise systems-integration and DevOps program that moved 67 product lines to a new technology stack with zero impact to ongoing delivery. The program won the DevOps Dozen Best DevOps Industry Implementation award in 2022 and 2024.
I proposed automation and DevOps to FIS executives as a proof of concept, then scaled the approach across the product lines. Delivery assurance reviews and DORA tracking helped raise on-time delivery from 72% to 85%.
As Director, Technical Program Management at FIS, I managed eight project managers across North America, Europe and India, and secured approval for about $50M in multi-year funding. A transformation release produced $11.2M in combined recurring client revenue and cost savings.
Earlier at FIS, I ran release governance for a 109-person agile release train covering Bill Pay, Money Movement, P2P, ACH and Checks. Most recently, as a Senior Consultant at CGI on the RBC engagement, I ran a $5.3M annual program and delivered all 18 planned milestones.
