What I'm looking for

As a growth marketing lead for Marketer Hire, I worked with various companies across different markets with focus points on both SaaS as well as DTC ecommerce. Acting as the growth marketing lead for all of the various companies, from owning the go to market strategy to scaling an 8 figure DTC/Retail CPG company.

As Vice President of Marketing at HexClad, I managed the launch of 3 new products during my time while utilizing a $1M+ monthly paid acquisition budget and increased ROAS by 10% in 5 months by improving creative strategy and rebranding the website. I recruited Gordon Ramsey to partner with HexClad and worked with Gordon to outline his marketing strategy. By negotiating rates with Affirm, I saved HexClad over 6 figures of savings, which shows that I can go beyond the expectations of my role.
As the Head of Marketing for More Gym Members, I managed and implemented the beta launch of the SaaS product, which helped increase revenue by 30% through ARR. While at More Gym Members, I was a marketing consultant for Contact Out. I created a go-to market strategy that increased chrome downloads by 6% and decreased bounce rate by 10%.

I founded, scaled and exited my own supplemental nutrition company, Nova 3 Labs, an ecommerce D2C brand. I directly grew revenue by 1200% in four years. I launched eight product lines, scaled to 7 figures in revenue with a 3.9 ROAS for paid advertising, and found new vendors to save $50K+ in COGS. Nova 3 Labs was acquired in 2019 for 20X my initial investment. My entrepreneurial experience shows I am an excellent candidate for this role.
