I’m looking for a growth-focused leadership role where I can build scalable sales strategy, deepen healthcare/PBM broker partnerships, and close complex multi-million-dollar deals with accountable teams and strong operational support.

I’m an executive sales leader focused on building new markets, scaling revenue engines, and negotiating complex, high-value deals in healthcare and PBM. I thrive on earning broker, consultant, and C-suite trust and aligning cross-functional teams to drive disruptive growth.

As Vice President of Sales at Mavrix Insurance Services, I built and scaled the sales organization from startup phase—establishing broker and consultant relations, sales processes, compensation structures, and performance metrics. I also executed a national expansion strategy, built a $30M+ sales pipeline, and optimized forecasting and conversion through CRM and pipeline management systems.

Previously, as National Franchise Sales Manager at Fiesta Franchise Corporation, I secured multi-year enterprise agreements with national insurance carriers and led all phases of the sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and onboarding. I increased franchise sales by 38% through aggressive territory expansion, stronger value propositions, and partnerships, while advising executive leadership on FDD compliance and franchise agreements.
