I led teams of program managers, senior managers, and curriculum developers delivering immersive learning initiatives for more than 14,500 AWS employees. My work included 200 strategic priorities that reduced cybersecurity costs by $250K per quarter, a capacity-planning product for 7,000 support engineers, and a resource-utilization process that cut training content delivery time by 75%.

Across RealPage, Getaroom.com, Hotels.com/Expedia, and T-Mobile, I’ve built vendor partnerships, launched learning systems and product communications, led global sales and operations teams, and improved customer resolution through Salesforce and Zendesk platforms.
