I also led ROTA, a mobile sales-force automation platform supporting 150 sales representatives and approximately 16,500 customer visits per month. Prioritising route-planning optimisation reduced Google Maps API calls by more than 66%.

At Coca-Cola FEMSA, I established and lead a local software engineering team of six, aligning enterprise application priorities with business stakeholders. I delivered approximately BRL 500,000 in cost avoidance within six months by bringing software development capabilities in-house, and led an invoicing workflow improvement that reduced processing time by 96%.

At Telefônica Brasil (Vivo), I was Product Owner for the credit module of Global Web, a B2B SaaS self-service platform, defining credit rules, requirements, and backlog priorities through MVP validation. I also managed delivery and led QA for Projeto Luiza, coordinating Salesforce integration testing through production release.
