In my current job, I use data governance basic knowledge to manage the data products of Business Intelligence sales team and develop data visualizations with Power BI, SQL and Python.
I have 5 years experienced in implementations of softwares to business teams. Developed skills in Product Ownershipment (PO) and Project Management methodologies (agile and Lean), understanding business needs, planning the implamentation of minimum viable products (MVP) and documenting business and system processes .
At Bayer company, I collaborated with IT global teams doing a change management approach to the business teams about the new strategies and the adoption of new systems. Documented the usage steps within the new digital tools in English, Spanish and Portuguese to Latin America (LATAM) teams users, mainly Brazil, Argentina and Mexico. Supported users with issues in the tools, mediating the relationship between the global support team and the respective user.
