What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead practical AI adoption, automation, and change-management work where I can help non-technical teams confidently use new systems in their daily operations.

I lead AI enablement and adoption at GORGES, where I coach owners and executives through AI-readiness, adoption, and Fractional Chief AI Officer services.

I built and run GLIV, 18 production AI automations that publish content, draft inbox and social responses, and deliver growth and financial dashboards. I trained 71 non-technical business owners to operate an AI system I built, moving them from prompts to daily workflow.

As GORGES co-founder and former CEO, I grew the firm to 16 staff and $1.5M in annual revenue while leading management, P&L, sales, discovery, requirements, stakeholder alignment, and delivery for more than 80 clients, including Cornell, eBay/PayPal, and Martha Stewart.

My work spans software systems, operations, online education, and technology adoption. I also built an online program for Radiance Sutras School of Meditation that reached 1,150 students and generated $2.1M across three cohorts.
