At ACT, I build human-centered AI workflows, translate business needs into execution requirements, and coordinate more than 20 subject-matter experts on fiscal-year enhancements.
I've created a human-in-the-loop document review workflow for a 200-document portfolio that saves hundreds of review hours annually, and used Claude Code and Python to reduce manual review work for a three-person team by about one-third. I also co-lead hands-on AI enablement sessions on responsible use, prompt engineering, automation, and practical tools including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365.
Previously, I co-founded and scaled Kids on Course University from 60 to 750 students across 17 schools, building repeatable operations and durable district and community partnerships.
