What I'm looking for

I'm looking to help organizations turn generative AI into practical daily workflows through interactive training, responsible adoption, clear playbooks, and hands-on enablement for non-technical teams.

I've guided adult learners and cross-functional stakeholders at Western Governors University through generative AI workflows, building enablement sessions, prompt libraries, workshop playbooks, and onboarding frameworks that make complex tools usable in daily work.

At Noom, I supported large-scale behavior change initiatives and used behavioral psychology, engagement data, job aids, and communication frameworks to help thousands of users adopt new habits and digital platforms. Earlier at ADP, I ranked among the top three payroll specialists while leading B2B client onboarding through complex software transitions.

I also build practical AI proof-of-concepts, including the Convowell relationship communication web app and an interactive Replit-hosted AI enablement portfolio. I combine Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Replit, change management, and responsible AI guardrails to help hesitant users become confident adopters.
