At Microsoft, I provide second-line technical support for complex Exchange Online issues and act as an escalation point for challenging cases.
I work with cross-functional teams to resolve those cases. I currently hold the Subject Matter Expert (SME) role remotely.
Before that, I delivered first-line support for Microsoft 365 products, including Exchange Online, Office, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and Azure.
I supported Dutch-speaking users and also bring native Dutch and native-level English proficiency. I'm seeking a fully remote IT role where I can use my technical expertise and multilingual capabilities.
