I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can use CRM systems, active listening, and problem-solving to deliver accurate solutions, meet service KPIs, and help improve customer satisfaction and retention.

I’m a Dedicated Customer Care professional with over 3 years of experience fostering long-term customer relationships and improving service quality. I focus on enhancing customer satisfaction, retention, and overall service outcomes through timely, accurate support.

In my Customer Service Representative role, I assisted customers in selecting suitable products and managed end-to-end order support, including returns, exchanges, and refunds. I responded to customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media, and I updated customer accounts on CRM systems to ensure continuity after purchase.

I’m strong in active listening, attention to detail, and problem-solving, and I consistently worked toward service targets. I helped the team meet KPIs like First response time, Average handling time, CSAT, and customer retention, while collaborating with sales, marketing, and finance to address customer needs and compile feedback and product issues.

Earlier, as a Front Desk Agent, I welcomed visitors and members, supported membership inquiries, and handled check-ins and access issues. I managed communications across phone, email, and messages while scheduling sessions, processing sign-ups and renewals, and coordinating with trainers and management to address concerns promptly.
