What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT operations, MIS, or business support role where I can improve multi-location processes, automate reporting and support workflows, strengthen POS and infrastructure reliability, and work cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Sales, and leadership.

At Mahachai Pvt. Ltd., I supported technology-enabled operations across 250+ QSR and franchise outlets, maintaining approximately 85% system uptime through hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.

I administered POS and payment gateway operations, including menu configurations, pricing, master data, and payment devices, helping reduce billing discrepancies and reconciliation time. I also built Excel and Google Sheets dashboards for KPI tracking, exception reporting, and management decisions.
