At DesiCrew, I lead IT support and operations teams supporting AI-driven restaurant operations for Presto Voice AI. I manage day-to-day workflows, rotational and overnight shifts, ticket queues, escalations, and SLA compliance.

I've coordinated incident and outage management, communicated updates, and worked closely with L1, L2, HITL, and leadership teams to resolve issues efficiently. I also create SOPs, training guides, and troubleshooting documentation that strengthen service delivery.

My background includes technical support for live event streaming at DAZN and Perform Group, where I monitored live systems and responded to incidents to minimize downtime. Earlier at Mphasis, I diagnosed software, hardware, and account-related issues across phone, email, and chat support.

Alongside support operations, I've handled customer relationships, sales coordination, procurement documentation, and account support. I enjoy training and mentoring support agents, improving processes, and helping teams deliver reliable customer service in fast-paced environments.
