I’m a results-driven Renewal Specialist with 4.8 years of experience analyzing business needs, optimizing processes, and delivering data-driven solutions. I focus on turning messy renewal and financial data into accurate insights that support strategic decisions.

In my current role, I improved financial and renewal data accuracy through comprehensive data cleansing, reducing reporting errors across dashboards. I also lead detailed pricing reviews and margin analyses to support competitive renewal pricing, improved profitability, and alignment with organizational goals.

I drive retention by executing targeted renewal campaigns using CRM platforms and performance trackers, then analyze their long-term impact on business objectives and customer behavior. I build and maintain 100+ Excel reports and CPQ reports to accelerate quote turnaround time and increase sales data visibility, while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
