I’m a data & operations professional with 3+ years at S&P Global Contact Market Intelligence, where I support revenue operations through Salesforce workflows and a strong focus on data quality. I manage quote-to-cash activities, ensure CRM data accuracy, and resolve deal and client-level issues that impact revenue and renewals.

In my current role as a Technical Skills Specialist (Revenue/Sales Operations – CRM), I prepare accurate pricing, quotes, and contracts to support renewals and new sales activity. I maintain and validate account, opportunity, quote, and contract data in Salesforce, using Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP) and process automation to improve reporting reliability, forecasting, and renewal tracking.

Across my work, I lead data validation and root-cause analysis to fix CRM and downstream Order-to-Cash discrepancies before they slow deal processing or revenue recognition. I also support Einstein NRR corrections, coordinate with cross-functional teams (Order Management, Fulfillment, Legal, Cash Applications), and continuously improve operations through Lean process design, continuous improvement, and automation initiatives.
