I’m a motivated and detail-oriented young professional training with the Digital Witch IT Support Community, focusing on appointment setting, telehealth coordination, and digital communication.

In my training I’ve gained hands-on experience with telehealth scheduling tools including Tebra, Doxy.me, and Zocdoc, and I practice real-world appointment-setting workflows, client communication, and digital calendar management.

As a recent high-school graduate and the best student of my class, I bring a strong learning mindset, clear communication, reliability, and empathy to every interaction.
